Stevie Barrett LRPS LBIPP
Stevie is a freelance photographer and specialises in natural and art portraits of both adults and children in and around the Glasgow area and beyond.
Recent clients have included the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and Theatre Cryptic, Glasgow. Stevie's work has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines. He has photographed a number of celebrities, including the film composer Patrick Doyle, actors John Sessions, Dawn Steele, and Geraldine McEwan, trumpet maestro John Wallace, internationally renowned conductor Dalia Atlas, and composers Harrison Birtwhistle and John Maxwell Geddes.
As well as working in the Arts, Stevie also frequently photographs families who want something a little different from the 'frozen' run-of-the-mill studio portrait. He has a very relaxed and informal shooting style and enjoys working with adults and children alike.
Stevie has been taking pictures for over 15 years, using both film and, more recently, digital media. He now specialises in digital photography and this enables him to offer a very quick and reliable service to his clients, who are offered the chance to choose only the images they require. Stevie can supply images in print and digital format (CD or DVD), and can arrange professional framing, thereby providing a complete service.
His work has been exhibited and sold in and around Glasgow.
Stevie was awarded an LRPS (Licentiateship of the Royal Photographic Society) in 2002 and an LBIPP (Licentiateship of the British Institute of Professional Photography) in 2003.
Stevie guarantees all his work for complete customer satisfaction.
